'The First is a very nice small apartment complex in a lively area in La Spezia. The very nice host Andrea went out of his way to make our trip very great. We were given great Cinque Terre tips and suggestions for restaurants. The hotel is very clean and modern. The only thing I would change is a little more privacy by having the bathroom window closed. Bathrooms are best when they're private. Had a great experience overall! '

'This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk.
