'The house is adorable and extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I were obsessed with the bed and the amazing wrap around porch. Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. '

If you need quick access to Carmel, Monterey etc it could be too far BUT if you have the time for a nice drive each way it’s totally worth it. Host was very helpful and responsive. 'We had an amazing time staying at Jasmine's house. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. 'If you like beautiful, clean, easy to access, and a nice owner who communicates well, this is the place. Instructions were clear and simple. It was very convenient to the golfing we were in Monterey for and there was plenty of space for four adults with each of us having our own room. The backyard was wonderful to relax in. 'Checkin was convenient and easy.House centrally located and close to the beach. The listing states there were 3 bedrooms but the third “bedroom” is an office with an uncomfortable pullout couch bed that had dirty sheets. We had to wash the bedding before use. The neighborhood is currently under construction but was only heard on the weekdays. Overall it was a really nice place that was comfortable with a really large kitchen and lounge area. '
