« We couldn't have been happier with this location! Front row view of the water, sea otters, whales, walking distance to the aquarium and canary row; it was perfect. All amenities were there. Parking streetside was wasy enough. Had a great time! »

« Banyan really is in the perfect spot. It is an upscale, well stocked condo. While it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet and comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and a market across the street. We plan to come back soon! »

« Modern, clean, great location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding.Few items to note for future guests: 1. No toaster oven 2. Not many small kitchen items, such as salt/pepper, ziploc bags/wrap/aluminum foil; 3. No TV in either of the bedrooms 4. Could use one more sitting area/couch. »

« My wife and I spent a little over a month at this very nice, three story condo on Monterey Bay. Our daughter’s family of four, plus a small dog, also joined us for a long weekend. The property is located adjacent to a beautiful, long beach and is also close to the Monterey bike/walking path. It is an easy walk (or short drive) to many restaurants and activities. « was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open »

« Wonderful complete apartment in a beautiful environment near the bay and near shops. Great place for walking. Kitchen very complete with all cooking needs. Enjoyed my stay. »

« The place was beautiful, although I didn’t realize it was not supposed to have dogs. So I had to leave my dog at my sister’s and I ended up staying with her a lot didn’t get to stay at the apartment as much as I wanted to, but it was a beautiful place and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a pet. »

« Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. »

« We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or...

« I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location. »

« A wonderful location near everything yet private. A wonderful respite from Arizona weather. »

« The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We ventured out every morning to enjoy the ocean, trees, parks, history etc. Every afternoon we relaxed in the apartment. Be prepared to climb steps if they don’t fix the elevator. It was good exercise for us, but some might find it tiring, especially caring groceries. We had a great vacation in Monterey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condominium. »
