  • Elsewhere by the Sea est une villa haut de gamme en bord de mer située à The Lagoons, une communauté fermée et sécurisée à Montego Bay. La plage, la piscine et le vaste espace de vie extérieur en font le lieu idéal pour se réunir entre amis et en famille. Le personnel de quatre personnes - chef, femme de ménage, majordome, jardinier - vous gâtera pendant votre séjour!

    La maison est complétée par une grande véranda et un bar, parfait pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer des Caraïbes. Les options de restauration comprennent une table sur la véranda, la plage ou sur le quai entourée d'eau gazeuse. La propriété dispose également d'une piscine à débordement, d'une plage privée et de courts de tennis.

    5 chambres joliment décorées, chacune avec une salle de bain complète, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 adultes et 4 enfants ou 10 adultes. Trois chambres King, une chambre Twin ou King et une chambre double superposée sont toutes équipées de la climatisation et d'une télévision avec des câbles complets.

    Le plus récent ajout à la propriété est Anywhere, un catamaran à moteur de 26 pieds parfait pour les croisières au coucher du soleil, les excursions de plongée en apnée ou une visite de Montego Bay. Une croisière au coucher du soleil ou une plongée avec tuba sur le récif avec notre capitaine est incluse pour toutes les locations de sept jours ou plus. Des voyages supplémentaires peuvent être organisés avec le capitaine pour un tarif réduit.

    Aussi pour les locations de sept jours ou plus, profitez d'une soirée de plage privée gratuite à la villa avec un groupe jouant des sons des Caraïbes avant le dîner. Profitez de votre dîner sur la plage avec vos orteils dans le sable ou sur le quai avec l'eau scintillante autour de vous. Magique!

    Pour votre divertissement, Elsewhere est équipé d'équipements de plongée en apnée, de raquettes de tennis, de deux kayaks et de deux planches de paddle.

    Ailleurs, il y a un cuisinier à plein temps et du personnel pour servir tous les repas. Ils travailleront avec vous sur les sélections de menu et feront tout le shopping pour votre semaine. Il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires pour le personnel et vous paierez directement pour toutes les courses.

    Le cuisinier, Kasandra, pré-approvisionnera la villa avec le premier repas du soir et le petit-déjeuner. Après lui avoir parlé d'un menu, vous aurez la possibilité de l'accompagner pour acheter l'épicerie ou de lui fournir de l'argent pour faire les courses pour elle. Elle fournira tous les reçus pendant la semaine et retournera tout changement des achats d'épicerie.

    En plus du personnel de la villa, une société de gestion locale vous accueillera et veillera à ce que vos vacances soient agréables.

    À quelques minutes de la villa se trouve le Hard Rock Cafe Beach Club, le club de yacht de Montego Bay et le restaurant Houseboat. Vous serez à quelques minutes de cinq terrains de golf de premier ordre et de tout ce que Montego Bay a à offrir!

This is one of the best experiences we have had and we are very seasoned travelers. Elsewhere is like a private all inclusive. From Kasandra’s amazing cooking and activity management to Rafic and Kennrick making sure you are well taken care of through the day and Maureen keeping everything very clean and tidy. Like others have said don’t waste your time at restaurants Kasandras cooking is amazing. The house is very quiet, beds super comfortable and the outside lounge area is so relaxing. The kids lived in the pool for the week, we made use of the kayaks and paddle boards every day. You can swim in the sea at the property but need to go out further for good snorkeling. We absolutely loved not having to get ready to go to eat anywhere and just had to get out of the pool and make your way to the table.

Very relaxing and enjoyable!

Home was beautiful with excellent accommodations for our group of nine. Staff was great. Rafic, Kasandra and Maureen all took great care of us during our stay. The food was incredible with a good variety for everyone. Sarah made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and arranged our sunset cruise and other boating outing. Highly recommend staying at Elsewhere by the Sea!

Elsewhere never lets us down. This was our second visit there and it did not disappoint. The staff was excellent, generous, and kind. The service was consistently attentive, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the amenities—was handled with genuine care.The Chef meals were delicious and nothing we requested was difficult for her to prepare. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail consistently make each meal memorable. We enjoyed every bit of it and always had a pleasant surprise for dessert. "Uncle R, was generous and shared lots of details about Jamaica, and its culture. We appreciated everything he did and the care into every detail.We all looked forward to seeing him each morning.The maid made sure our rooms were spotless and clothes were clean. No task was ever to much for her to do. Her hard work and the pride she took didn't go unnoticed. K is an excellent addition to the team. He ensured everything we needed outside was ready and organized. He was also helpful with preparing delicious beverages for us to enjoy poolside.We look forward to returning in 2027.

Wonderful stay at this house. Staff was amazing, food was delicious and bartenders made tasty drinks! Grounds were well maintained and kayaks were a nice way to start each morning. We will definitely be back!

The PERFECT week long get away!

Staying at Elsewhere is the one place where everyone gets to really relax! Kassandra makes sure you are never hungry, Rafik concocts the right cocktail for each occasion and Maurine keeps everything sparkling clean. I can't recommend a better vacation spot to relax and step away from everyday life. This was my first time being back after Hurricane Melissa and I was a little worried about what would be available but the house is still in pristine condition, all excursions were still open and the people were as excited as ever to show you a fun time in Jamaica! Thank you to the Elsewhere staff and everyone who made this trip another unforgettable experience!

Most Magical Memorable Trip

This property is absolutely amazing. You are in a court at the end of a private gated community .So many cool areas to relax from patio , bar, pool, beach , dock etc… The staff was incredibly nice and attentive and food off the charts.

This was our 2nd trip to Elsewhere and we are still recommending it to all of our friends because it’s by far the best vacation we have ever been on. The staff and food elevates this place to the next level when it comes to vacationing. We can’t wait to go back for our 3rd trip.

Amazing...again

This was our second stay here, and I’m usually hesitant to return to the same place twice, as it often doesn’t live up to the first experience. That was absolutely not the case this time. Once again, the house, the staff, and the food exceeded every expectation. Kassandra’s cooking is simply incredible—so much so that no one ever wants to leave the house to dine elsewhere. Rafic was attentive and endlessly talented behind the bar, able to mix any cocktail we asked for. His recommendations quickly became our favorites. Maureen was amazingly efficient—like a ninja. You never heard her moving around, yet your room was always spotless and laundry magically done. I truly can’t say enough about this exceptional property. An unforgettable experience, once again.

Amazing

Amazing vacation with my children and grandchildren. Space was amazing, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Grandchildren had fun collecting shells and watching the fish, stingrays, starfish. Food was absolutely delicious.

Incredible stay!

Incredible week in paradise. Amazing food from Kassandra the chef, and friendly and attentive staff. The home is well maintained, and there are plenty of activities for kids with the beach, pool, and access to the boat. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Everything was perfect - the staff were extremely welcoming and accomodating, the neighbourhood was very safe and secure and the house was wonderful. Our toddler loved feeding fish from the dock and looking for starfish. The food was out of this world !

Relaxing and Fun Family Vacation!

Our stay in Jamaica was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the rooms. The food was exceptional. The location itself was perfect, providing us with breathtaking views and a serene environment. Half of our party visited 6 years ago, and we cannot wait to reserve our next stay hopefully sooner than later!

Beautiful location and excellent service!

Our family of 10 spent Spring Break week together. We had a great week. Service was excellent! Boat rides to see sunset were amazing! Food was outstanding! Most of us never left the property except by boat or kayak or paddle board!
