'Ms Elena was very helpful, the building is hard to find, so she came to get us from the junction. She also sent a cab to come pick us up. She explained everything to us about the apartment that we needed to know about. The owner was very thoughtful when I brought up a minor concern, he resolved the issue immediately. Communication was excellent. Elena gave us a departure gift. She also made it easy for an uber pick up to the airport at 330 am. That you Elena and Jack for your generosity'

'For the price that is listed, it is a complete dump. We paid good money for this accommodation and upon arrival we were very disappointed. It wasn’t cleaned properly, it was not a nice or safe neighborhood or area, many things within the property were broken, the shower leaked, the mattress was broken and uneven, it was never mentioned that it was 3.5 stories with no lift. We ended up checking out after the first night as we didn’t feel safe and we were not satisfied with what we were paying...

Mooi appartement je proeft zelfs hier de sfeer van Nice (en de sfeer in het oude Nice is in onze ogen tegen het perfecte aan, mooie en fijne eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes en leuke barretjes). Frank heeft het prima hier voor elkaar, fijne bedden, fijne slaapbank. Onze kinderen van 12 en 14 zijn niet altijd gecharmeerd van een stad, maar de 5 nachten in Nice was ook voor hen een geweldige ervaring. En blije kinderen betekend ook blije ouders....

'Very relaxing property with 2 nice bedrooms with ample storage and 2 baths. Apartment on second floor; there is an elevator which we used for baggage. It is quiet. Large living room and beautiful view of the water from one bedroom and also the living room. The balcony was wonderful, perfect for relaxing with guests. The view of the water, boats, and people swimming across the bay is stunning. Proximity to the train station and beach was perfect- 5 minute walk; the vielle ville was about a 10...
