Chambres d'hôtes de rêve à Montacute

« Lovely rooms, most comfortable bed I've slept on! Very clean, have the nicest staff!! Constantly trying to upgrade their service, installed Air conditioning during the heat wave. Great location near restaurants and city center. I know where to stay when in Yeovil! Cheers to Mike and thank you! »

« Chambre très propre, personnel correct et bon petit déjeuner. Belle chambre familiale. Très bon rapport qualité prix. »

« I had a wonderful stay at David’s B&B. The room is lovely, the house is well located with a beautiful garden and David went over and beyond to prepare lovely breakfasts and be very accommodating. I would definitely come back here for my next Glastonbury visit. »

« Very surprised at the cleanliness and tidiness at the property. Staff pleasant and helpful. »

« Magnifique endroit un vrai bijou dans la campagne. Proche de jolies ballades. Délicieux restaurant et très bonne ambiance. Nous reviendrons »

« sejour une nuit , parking , chambre , pub parfait »

« On arrival the reception was awful with staff unable to access records but their attitude was very off hand towards us. The room was clean but badly set up. For instance, the double bed was only accessible from one side; there was nowhere for storage of cases etc. and the only area to hang clothes was a row of five hooks, three of which overhung the box on which the kettle and cups etc. were kept; the shower cubicle was missing one of its two doors; the sink in the toilet was so restricted by a...

« So clean, our room was immaculate so were all the other areas of the hotel. Really lovely stay, fabulous breakfast and dinner! »

« The hotel was really a hostel and did not match up with images on their website. We were expecting to be staying in a country house hotel not a youth hostel. The only facility we had was wifi. The room was clean but very basic with no ability to make ourselves a tea or coffee without walking down two flights of very steep steps to the kitchen which was a health and safety nightmare - no idea why they could not have put a tea/ coffee station on the top floor. There was no television...

« Met our hosts they were very welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, our daughter was travelling with us she had a small room next to us. The next morning we had a full English breakfast also cereal and toast if you wanted it. I must mention the back garden like something from a gardening magazine, with a beautiful large pond and water feature. »

« What a beautiful hotel. I stayed in a superior double which was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and excellent tea and coffee, biscuits and water. The owners were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. You would never go hungry. The air conditioning was a real bonus, although unfortunately it did drip a little water on the floor. My only other niggles...

« This accomodation in Bridport is very cosy, in a calm neighbourhood, it is perfect to have a restful time. The owners are very kind, welcoming and helpful. »

« Cosy traditional b&b room above the pub itself, surprisingly quiet (never heard a sound) even though the pub below is a very popular place and full every night. Nice breakfast, good evening meal, can’t fault the place. Patrick and the locals were very friendly, we happily chatted amongst them all evening on both nights we stayed. All in all a very good time, would we stay again? Absolutely no problem at all. »

« Wonderful period property, all modern conveniences, comfortable beds, luxury bedding, spotlessly clean. Situated just off the high street with secure on site parking, and within walking distance of various eating establishments. Website is easy to use, and informative, covers everything you need to know about the property and local area. Jamie & Gary are fabulous hosts. Highly recommend this establishment. »

« Conveniently located for sight-seeing in Wells, owners were very helpful and friendly, food was exceptionally good, enjoyed our stay and would recommend »

« Great location. Good facilities… »
