For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. 'What a blast! Pheasant Run is the perfect place to spend the weekend with friends and family for the annular eclipse. We enjoyed star gazing on the upper deck, loved the games, walked along the paths and It was so wonderfully quiet. The lodge has such a great rustic cabin vibe and lots of rooms for a huge group. The spacious gathering places made everyone feel a part of the group. We loved our stay!!'
