« We have just had the most incredible stay since the minute we arrived on Friday. The staff couldnât be more helpful or friendly. Jasmine in the Spa is deserving of a special mention. As someone who rarely gets treatments, I was very unsure of myself she immediately put me at ease as well as delivering the most relaxing salt scrub. « Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom.
The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying.
Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening.
Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality.
