'This is almost like an apartment because there is a shared courtyard, but otherwise we had our own room with bathroom and kitchenette. It has good views of the stones from the courtyard, but the hotel faces the mountains. This was not a problem! There is lots to eat in the local area, including a cafe at the bottom of the immediate hill for breakfast. The taverna at the bottom was our favourite for meals, and there is another one with a garden view that was good for whiling away a few hours...

'We had a amazing time at Iridanos! In our opinion the best place to stay when visiting Meteora. It’s located slightly out of town which is great in terms of parking and silence at night. Still, going into town takes just about 10-15 minutes on foot. Everyone at the guesthouse is so friendly and helpful and breakfast is amazing. Overal, great value for your money. Definitely book here for your trip to Meteora !'

'Ik kan geen negatief punt bedenken'

'Prachtige locatie !

Ontbijt is goed.

Ontbijt was goed verzorgt. Locatie was zeer goed.'

'Very nice land-lady Olga Two bedrooms with some seating area, porch, garden and a hallway with a small kitchen Good location and close to several good tavernas'

'Everything was good, when I couldn't find something the manager after hours was prompt fast response, we were their only 1 night on our road trip. Didn't use kitchen or anything else inside except for shower and to wash clothes'

'The location was superb - quiet, completely away from the business of town, secure parking on site, extremely spacious and a most beautiful layout. Could see the Meteora’s mountains and a couple of the monasteries from our window. They were beautifully lit up at night. For me, receiving the check-in details on WhatsApp or email, typed out would have been the easiest. I didn’t have cellular service. I wasn’t able we to access all the links. But, that’s just me.'

'The house was not as described. There was not any type of luxury. Of the three bedrooms, the main bedroom on the second floor smelled so bad we could not sleep in there. One of the bottom floor bedrooms had a bed that creaked soooo extremely loud when you moved that it sounded like the entire bedroom furniture was moving. To say the least we did not sleep well. We were two adults and two kids and since the one bedroom was not usable we had to squeeze together. The living room is tiny and...

'Central location to good restaurants. Meteora tours were easily available and we had a wonderful time seeing the sunset and the hiking tours. Monasteries are awesome.'
