'We had asked if the house was occupied and it if was, we were not going to rent it. We were told it was not occupied and was converted into a fulltime rental with no personal possessions. This was completely false. When we showed up for check in the owner did not give us a gate key to get into the community and was not answering her phone. We had to follow another car into the community and knock on the door. She was upstairs undressed, the house and backyard were unkempt, had personal...

'Jennifer is such a nice woman. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the office. I needed new batteries for the TV remote control and she got them "pronto." We also needed disposable cups and she ran to the storage to get some. I think Jennifer deserves the world.'
