The apartment is an independent studio and has a nice private terrace with mountain views, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and the alpine panorama. The interiors are well organized and include a living area with a sofa bed and a foldaway bunk bed, a dining area and a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove and gas oven, sink and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink.
The studio is suitable for couples, small families or groups of friends who want to stay in the center of Moggio, a few steps from the cable car and with the added bonus of access to the pool.
Moggio is a characteristic mountain town, surrounded by beautiful views and numerous hiking trails. The cable car in front of the apartment connects directly to the Piani di Artavaggio, a beautiful alpine area with trails and shelters, perfect to explore both in summer and in winter.
The Piani di Bobbio ski resorts can be reached in about 10 minutes by car; during the winter season, a free shuttle is also available that stops right in front of the house and leads directly to the slopes. Moggio, the highest town on the plateau, is particularly popular in summer for its cool climate.
Lake Como can be reached in 20—30 minutes by car, making Moggio an ideal base for visiting the famous Larian villages and villas, while enjoying the tranquility and coolness of the mountains. There is the D135 bus to Lecco, with limited hours. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
