"If you want a carefree stay, don't book at this hotel. At checkout, they say you still have to pay for the night, even though you indicate you had already done so when booking. The receptionist said that due to the takeover, all their information is incorrect and if the payment is double, they will refund it to the customer. Don't hand over your credit card, because they'll just charge all the unexplained amounts to you. After eight phone calls, four emails and two weeks later we finally got our money back. No apology or compensation for the time we spent sorting out their paperwork. Again, don't book this hotel if you want a carefree stay, because you'll have plenty of hassles after staying at this hotel."

"Locatie was top. Onze motoren konden we makkelijk parkeren. Ontbijt was erg goed met veel keuze. Kamer was wat krap maar zou zo weer terugkomen. "

"We hadden een 4 persoon kamer. Bleven er 1 nacht ivm de volgende ochtend overtocht naar zweden. Ontbijt zat niet bij de prijs in begrepen. Dus dat hadden we niet genomen omdat we voor die tijd al weg waren. Wel handig was de code voor de deur van de kamer de garage en de voordeur geen gedoe met sleutels. "

"Goed hotel dichtbij centrum Rostock. Koffie op de ruime kamer. Parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar, maar als je om 17:00 aankomt, is alles al vol. Dan moet je geluk hebben als je rondom het hotel langs de straat kunt parkeren, anders moet je ca. 5 minuten lopen naar een grote openbare parkeerplaats (gratis parkeren tussen 18:00-8:00). Ontbijt prima, ruime ontbijtzaal. Geen restaurant, maar restaurants aan het water en in het centrum op loopafstand"
