'The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street. 'Staying at the Prado is like going to a Resort for rest, relaxation, and pampering. We had a King Suite that was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the complimentary Happy hour, dinner, and breakfast. It is our favorite hotel. '

The rooms were spacious, modern, and very well updated. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!'
