Maison spacieuse 4 ch | Séjours prolongés + ND

A Comfortable Home Base for a Few Nights—or a Few Months

Winston Parkside is a renovated 4-bedroom home designed for guests who need more than a place to sleep. Whether you're in South Bend for a work project, relocating to the area, between homes, visiting family, working at a nearby hospital or spending an extended period near Notre Dame, you'll have the space and everyday conveniences to settle in comfortably.

With two king bedrooms, multiple living areas, a dedicated workspace, full kitchen, main-floor laundry and high-speed WiFi, the house works especially well when several people are sharing a longer stay.

And when the workday is over, our guest-favorite covered outdoor living area gives everyone another place to gather, grill, eat outside or simply unwind.
