Ahhh, you stayed for three days, and we have a lot of chances to meet each other, why you didn’t tell me there was no remote in your room? There must has a remote, and the Roku express is newly installed just a couple weeks ago, the previous guests can watch live tv and free movies app, why you can not? I don’t like guests says a thing which is not true without ask before they leave.

Thanks for your feedback, the smoke detector should be there, I didn’t notice it’s gone, maybe it beeped when someone took bath so the guest took it away without informing us, so we never noticed it was gone. Thanks for letting us know. I will put a new one in. All of our facilities are all set according to the rules and requirements of government department.as an tourism accommodation with 16 guest rooms, we always put guest safety first. Thank you again

Ok although I am tired to answer, I have to answer, because this is my job. When you arrive, I was on my way to pick up my sons from daycare. I greeted most of my guests in front of the door, but sometimes I can’t due to busy life, fortunately most of my guests loves my kids and tolerate me, my family appreciate them and will welcome them back anytime. As to you, I thought you would come to make payment and say hello to you, but you even didn’t ask if you paid. you chose hotel collect payment but you didn’t come to pay, I have to go Expedia to collect. So, since you are not satisfied my place, please don’t come back, I’d like to host everyone who love my place, life is short, we all should select pleasant things to be with.
