The location is perfect - a few yards from the Baytowne Wharf boutique shops and restaurants, and steps away from the tropical lagoon swimming pool and hot tub. Furnished with comfort in mind, there are 2 beds (a king bed and twin daybed with twin trundle)

The kitchenette offers a mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker and dinnerware for breakfast and snacks on the go.
The resort offers a private white sand beach, world-class golf, a world class tennis center, fishing of all sorts, a full marina, walking trails, boating, and countless activities for the family.
Enjoy shopping and dining experiences, as well as the many special events happening weekly at the resort. You will love being just steps away from the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex! In addition to the lagoon style swimming pool and hot tub, there is a full exercise room available to our guests at no charge. An on-site covered parking garage (please inquire about cost) . Our cozy studio is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation at The Grand Sandestin Resort.
The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during the summer.
Please note this is a non-smoking condo. A $350 fine will be charged to the guest for smoking, vaping or use of recreational drugs inside the condo.
If you are under the age of 25, please contact us to discuss options.PLEASE NOTE: we welcome infants and toddlers however we do not supply any type of bedding, crib etc. for infants. For young children please note you will be responsible for their safe sleeping arrangements. The unit includes two fans for extra comfort.
Parking- The resort does have free public parking, when available. We do offer a parking pass for 25.00. Must be purchased before arrival. Please note, after arrival is 40.00
Please note that we are in a resort and you might see a tram-shuttle bus, golf, bicycle, rental, tennis, and Pickleball, etc. those are an extra cost and is associated with the resort , you would have to inquire within. We are owners of our little slice of paradise.
We are not attached to any management company. Our place is able to be offered at a lower price because we manage ourselves and pass the savings on to our guests.
While you will see there is private beach access, we do not provide beach towels, Suntan lotion or beach chairs due to liability.
However, there's a Walmart up the road about 2 miles from the resort, inexpensive to purchase. If you're traveling, they do offer on the private beach beach chair rentals.
The prices will vary depending on the season.
Again, we are not associated with the beach chair rentals. we generally bring our own.
Food for thought. The beach chair rentals can become expensive. we all know what it's like to have to save for a vacation. All the add-ons.

If you want to purchase chairs, there is a Walmart, or what I do or what we used to do is we used to go to Goodwill purchased chairs for under $10 and a beach umbrella. Then when it was time to go home, we re-donated.
Also bikes. Great way to spend 20 bucks on a bike. Much cheaper than renting. My husband and I are extremely easy to get along with T very accommodating
. So please ask all

GUEST ACCESS:
When staying in The Grand Sandestin, you have access to a beautifully-appointed lobby complete with luxurious seating, The Ballyhoo Bar (coffee bar in the mornings), and a workout room. Please ask the friendly front desk staff for hours of operation, as they vary.
Coin laundry and vending machines are also conveniently located on the main floor. A beautiful Grand piano, seating around the fireplace on a chilly night. You'll be able to walk right into Baytown, watch the sunset, visit the gift shops, clothing shops, retail
establishments, even an ice cream shop, and so much more.
Enjoy live music and entertainment during your stay. Please check the Baytowne calendar for local event times. You will have an adventure right at your fingertips. A QR code will access the private underground garage available ,please inquire within

Other things to note
Please note that unit 2211 is a condominium, which differs from a hotel in that there is no traditional linen service. While there are extra linens and towels in the unit for use, they are not restocked during your stay. If you find that you are in need of clean linens or towels, on the main floor there are coin washers and dryers for your convenience.

Please remember that the parking underground is PAID PARKING ONLY. The parking garage is underneath our building for easy access. You hop on the elevator go to your floor and you're in your happy space.
Please note there is public parking and overflow parking. If spaces are available.
If parking in the underground garage, please let us know when booking and we will provide the QR code for parking. Flat rate $25 before arrival. If you choose same day as arrival or after , the pass will be 40.00.
Please also note that you will see a shuttle coming and going in the area. That is for guests that rent through management companies. That service is not available to personal owners that manage their own like us.please note NO PETS Allowed. If a pet /pets are brought. We will know. The fee is 1000.00 for any pet brought into our unit. We do pride ourselves in keeping our place pet dander free.
