This vacation home rests within the exclusive coastal community of Frangista Beach. This community is located directly in the middle of local beach shops, shoreline restaurants, and beach access points that are all within walking distance. Guests will be able to enjoy the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast with the added bonus of peace away from the crowd. This stunning 4,600 sq. ft. home includes 8 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and accommodates up to 32 guests.
Upon entering you will be left breathless by elegant atmosphere of the spacious floor plan and mid century modern décor. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that sits 5. The kitchen flows seamlessly into an open floor plan living and dining area. Seating for large gatherings will never be a concern with plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and two glass top dining tables in the dining area. The dining area sits 16 guests. The living area includes a 60" flat screen TV. To the right of the entry, is a King Suite perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach. This King Suite also includes a private bathroom. A half bath is also centrally located on the first floor. The first floor sleeps 2 guests.
There are 4 King Suites on the second floor. The first two King Suites come with private bathrooms and access to the balcony. The other two King Suites include custom-made bunk beds which are perfect for young families. The vibrant color accents create a cheerful and rejuvenating experience every time you enter the room. Also included are private baths and direct access to the large 2nd floor balcony overlooking the pool area. The second floor sleeps 16 guests.
The third floor features a King Suite with a private bath and access to a small balcony. There are two custom-built bunk rooms that are perfect for children, teens and young adults One bunk room sleeps 6 and the other sleeps 10. The third floor sleeps a total of 18 guests. Enjoy a large gathering area/game room with 4 sofas and 2 side-by-side 60" flat-screens TVs. The game room includes a PlayStation 5 gaming console, wet bar, miniature shuffleboard table, and a poker table! There is also another large deck located on the third floor that offers beautiful views!

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*
