« Spacious perfect for family. Amazing communication. Very responsive to requests. Need to update linens though »

« This place is ok. There is security at night. And the staff if friendly but it’s very dirty and smelly inside. The towels were kinda musky/moldy. At least they had wifi & hot water »

« The host was very committed in making sure my stay went smoothly. I had an issue where I misplaced my keys and they made sure that I got back in almost immediately. In addition, the host was always available to help solve any issues that I may have had and for that my stay was an amazing stay. I highly recommend. The apartment is walks away from the nightlife and upscale restaurants. If you do not want to travel far for household necessities there is a small connivence store in the main lobby...

« Everything was great. My only complaint was, there was no microwave in my room, not enough cookware. Other than that. Very clean,55inch tv, very good people & hospitality. »

« Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location »

« Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. It was brightly lit in the room. I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear. We immediately packed our...

« I registered in the morning before noon. Arriving at 9pm the host had failed to register me as a guest. The security/front desk had no idea which room I was supposed to go to and would not let me inside. They demanded i acquire a phone number to contact the host. The host never answered the phone or my online messages. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes the security/front desk solution was that I can rent a different room but now I have to pay in cash. While they made an effort to assist...

« There was no hot water in shower. Other it was an excellent place. Pool good »

« Good location but one of 3 ACs not working and has several small & medium sized roaches all over the place. The place needs smoke fogging so all the roaches will be eliminated versus just spraying each since they are hard to find one by one. The host did provide spray. »

« Great place to stay great location 1 bedroom has not cool cause the window cannot be close so the heat comes in. Stove i give 3 star. The rest all good »

« It was clean and great! We stayed the night before an early flight. »

« The room smelt like urine of some sort and the sheets had stains on them, the pool looked nice but i didnt stick around to use it as I couldnt force myself to stay there for the 6 nights i had booked I left after the first night. »
