'This place was booked for us 9/19 and not available upon our arrival a day later 9/20 due to ferry cancellations. I had communicated with the agent who oversees the rental the day before and had mentioned we would arrive early morning 9/20 but our room was locked and they never said a thing. The property owners were apologetic offered us water and cookies while they got in contact with the agent'

'We just returned from an amazing vacation in Greece. One of our stops was Milos and this property was fantastic. It was perfect for our family of 4 (including 2 older daughters) - very spacious room with full kitchen, amazing views from the balconies, a gorgeous pool area. Irene was so friendly and warm. She prepared a delicious breakfast for us each morning poolside. It was a great way to start our day. The hotel is immaculate with flowers all around. My only regret is that we didn't stay...
