« We had a great stay at The Fleece Inn. The setting is peaceful and charming, and we really appreciated the Inn’s character. We enjoyed spending time at the pub and were especially impressed by the vegan dinner options. The staff were welcoming and flexible, putting together a delicious, well-presented, and affordable meal. The Inn is fully dog-friendly, and we would definitely recommend it. We’re already looking forward to returning! »

« I put in the postcode but car sat nav directed me as far as the local pub only! After turning down a wrong lane past the pub in the pitch dark (9pm on an October evening) ascending up at a dead end I rang the owner who instructed me to carry on past the pub for another 2 miles! I eventually arrived at a building signposted as the ‘equestrian centre’ so I drove a bit further and ended up driving around some lane in a woods (surrounded by curious deer and badgers!).
