From the moment you arrive at that security gate you will be ready to relax and unwind. This well maintained home offers four bedrooms and three and a half full bathrooms. A large open living concept allows you to be able to enjoy the common areas. The large gourmet kitchen offers plenty of bar seating for a quick and easy meal, or enjoy the dining room area where you can seat 10 comfortably. The large living room is a cozy spot to relax and watch tv. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds each with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. There is also an additional loft style living room, where you can watch tv, play board games or have a family movie night. Just a short walk over to the centrally located amenities you will find the famous Jack Nicholson golf course, were you can practice your golf swing by hitting golf balls or book a tee time. Pickle Ball Court, Tennis Courts or a game of Corn hole are also available. If you enjoy swimming you have the option of the community outdoor pool, or community indoor swimming pool. There is even a kiddie beach with a splash pad for the younger guests in your group. Need a snack while by the poolside, There is even a concession stand to purchase snacks and drinks! On the bay you will find a beach access area where you can enjoy the Delaware shoreline, rent a kayak or launch your own or even take a stroll on the pier.
