The space
Welcome to our brand new Lake Sinclair home, where spectacular views and tranquil settings create the perfect getaway! Nestled in a quaint cove, this residence offers an exceptional lakeside experience.

Master Bedroom: Immerse yourself in luxury in the master bedroom, featuring a plush queen canopy bed and a 50" flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom is a haven of relaxation, complete with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower, all located conveniently on the main floor.

Guest Rooms: Both guest rooms are sanctuaries of comfort and style, each housing a queen canopy bed, a 50" smart TV, and large windows offering stunning lake views. The first guest room boasts a spacious walk-in closet, while the second offers ample storage space. These rooms share access to a well-appointed full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Living Area: Our spacious living area is designed for entertainment and relaxation. It features a large 65" TV with surround sound and two cozy couches with built-in recliners. The room is enveloped by breathtaking lake views, ensuring a serene ambiance.

Kitchen: The heart of our home, the kitchen, is equipped with all necessary appliances and cookware. You'll find a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and more to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.

Loft: The loft is an ideal retreat for relaxation or a fun space for kids. It includes a 65" TV, two queen air mattresses, and a couch, offering a versatile area for various activities. Sleeps 4-5. Perfect for kids.

Outdoor Area: Our outdoor space is truly the highlight. The large main deck features an outdoor dining table, Polywood Adirondack chairs, and a Blackstone griddle, perfect for alfresco dining with a view. The lower porch area offers additional space for relaxation. A short walk leads to a large dock equipped with a 58" TV and plenty of chairs, ideal for enjoying the water. The dock includes a ladder for easy access after swimming.

Other things to note
Boat and jet ski are not included in rental. There are other various water toys that you are welcome to! I can share details of nearest boat ramp and boat rental upon booking if needed.
