This comfortable, recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a quiet condominium in a strategic location. It can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to the convenient sofa bed, making it the ideal solution for your holidays or business stays, thanks to the fast fiber optic Wi-Fi. Just 25 minutes by bus from the Central Station, it is a short walk from the M5 Ca’ Granda metro stop and the University of Milan Bicocca.

City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
During winter, the heating temperature should not exceed 21.5°C.
During summer, the air conditioner should not be set at a temperature lower than 22°C.
The apartment is located in a condominium; therefore, please respect other residents, avoiding excessive noise between 22:00 and 07:00.
We kindly ask you to take care of the kitchen and leave it in good condition.
We invite you to wash the used dishes before check-out and to separate the waste.
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
