Slechte liften. Men moest lang wachten op de lift, deuren gingen erg snel dicht. Soms zat er iemand tussen de deur.

Mixed feelings
Usually we are very satisfied with NH Hoteles: good experiences in different counties. Alas we have some doubts about this hotel, for different reasons: 1) Location. Although it is only a comfortable 15 minute ride from the center of Milan with the green metro line (#2), the hotel is according tot the metro officials formally outside Milan (in Assago). This means that your regular metro ticket or your one or two days metro pass is not valid for this destination. You need to buy an additional ticket but then it is very difficult to check in with the urban Milan ticket and check out with the suburban additional. When you arrive at the Assago station the direction to the hotel is not signposted. You need to know at which side of the station you have to leave. There is a skywalk to cross some roads but for all four days we have been there the elevator was broken: so you have to carry your suitcases with you on the (not so comfortable) stairs. At night the environment is not very pleasant: there is not a good walking path form the station to the hotel: you have to cross parking spaces and carry your suitcases. 2) The hotel room. The air conditioning in the room is working very bad: you cannot get a temperature below the 23 degrees (and even the 23 degrees could not be reached in our room): so the nights are hot. Opening a window is possible, but then you will be disturbed by the 24 hour Muzak from the hotel premises. Room itself is nice, beds are excellent.

Goede service, in zeer goede staat. 5 minuten lopen van de metro. Fantastisch ontbijt! aanrader.

We mochten onze racefietsen veilig op de kamer zetten. Het menu en ontbijt waren van uitstekende kwaliteit. De metro ligt op 100 meter afstand van het hotel.

Slecht hotel van NH. Personeel begrijpt geen Engels, bedden liggen slecht en voor het krijgen van de geboekte kamers moesten we 3x terug naar de receptie. Ontbijt is ondermaats voor een 4 sterren-hotel en voor de wifi wilde ze bij het uitchecken ook nog geld.

Good hotel for convenient stays to Milan city centre. Only downside is the hotel only has air conditioning on specific days of the year - we were roasting and the staff were not sympathetic at all. Simply said that’s what it’s like in Italy. Not the best and would stay elsewhere next time.

There were no public stairs, my wife doesn’t like using lifts and the only stairs in the whole building were used by the staff and weren’t clearly signposted. Not good enough in the event of an emergency

Abbiamo scelto hotel per la sua vicinanza al Forum di Assago, raggiungibile a piedi.gli hotel NH sono hotel business di ottimo livello e comfort, non mi deludono mai. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, comoda e silenziosa.Avrei apprezzato la colazione inclusa nel prezzo della camera, o almeno offerta a prezzo ridotto.

Buonasera ho prenotato tramite Expedia, non tenendo conto della colazione. Ho fatto colazione pagando il servizio ad un costo sbalorditivo ben € 16,00 a persona, non oso immaginare cosa possa costare un pranzo o una cena.

Comodissima struttura per il Mediolanum Forum. Si raggiunge facilmente con la metro direttamente dalla stazione centrale. Stanze comode. Colazione media (scelta linitata e caffè alla macchinetta), pulizia media della stanza (con specifico riferimento al letto), comoda per ampiezza, ma poco accessoriata (no ciabatte, una sola cuffia per doccia nella stanza doppia). Ci tornerei in occasione di altri concerti, perché il giudizio complessivo è buono per soggiorni brevi, vista la grande comodità per la vicinanza al Mediolanum Forum e alla metro.

Gutes Hotel. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit vier Betten bezahlt. Bei der Ankunft aber nur 3 Betten vorhanden. Haben dann noch ein zusätzliches Bett erhalten. War ein wenig umatändlich. Ebenfalls war der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft und wir hatten am Morgen nach dem Duschen eine Überschwemmung im Badezimmer. Sehr schade, ansonsten ein ruhiges Hotel.

On hotel; Aircon needs sorting
Ok hotel; convenient for local businesses and obviously the convention centre. Rooms are nice enough; comfy bed; good shower; WiFi quick enough for most things. Aircon was the biggest issue - was very poor in my room, and rooms of my colleagues - rooms were therefore hot and stuffy (wasn’t particularly hot outside - maybe 30’C). Nothing reception could do when we queried.
