    L'appartement est situé dans une charmante cour du début des années 1900, a été entièrement rénové et se compose d'un salon avec cuisine, canapé-lit confortable et table à manger, une salle de bain avec douche et une chambre double (avec matelas deux carrés de haute qualité). Au centre mais très calme et paisible grâce à la vue intérieure, avec climatisation et wi-fi haut débit.

    Lit bébé et chaise haute disponibles sur demande.

    L'appartement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur.

    À la maison, vous trouverez: TV LED et Netflix, wi-fi, fer et planche à repasser, machine à café Nespresso et américaine, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, micro-ondes et de nombreux guides de la ville. Draps et serviettes, shampoing et gel douche sont fournis.

This quaint little apartment was located in a great part of downtown Milan. It was perfectly situated within walking distance to the Duomo as well as to the Navigli district on foot. There was one spectacular winebar just below and a cafe only 40 metres away whereby the owner at La Stuzzicheria Bar Caffetteria cooked authentic Italian food at a reasonable price for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We felt very lucky to be situated on such a great part of Milan. The apartment was very easy to access and we felt completely safe with the extra doors and iron window bars. It lacked sunlight as it was located in an interior courtyard, but we spent very little time indoors so we weren’t too affected. The apartment was clean and is absolutely perfect for 2 guests. We were 3 and with the sofa being open and the extra suitcases it felt tight.

This apartment is in a good location. It is walkable to the main spots, and near the charming Navigli district. BUT if you are going in summer be aware the air conditioning does not work. It was over 100 degrees in Milan when we stayed and the AC unit was not working. I messaged the host to ask if someone can check it and her response was that since it is just so hot outside maybe the unit can’t keep up. This did not help us at all as we could not sleep it was so hot. And it seems like the host could not be bothered to check in on us at all. This was disappointing since we picked this property in particular because it was advertised as having AC. Milan is a very hot and humid city with lots of mosquitos- I would think twice before booking this place in a hot month.

Host was excellent!!! The apartment was well located and central. The furnishings were quite worn and the bedding and pillows were worn out and stained. The apartment can use a painting and refresh. Not as bright and clean looking as the photo.

Small but ver nice one bedroom apartment

We enjoyed the two night stay here for Milan. Small but clean and has everything, kitchen, dinning area... It is in walking distance to the duomo, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Costello Sforzesco... You do not have to use public transportation for major attractions. It is a very good space for one or two people.

Well appointed apartment in good location

The property is well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host left a few snacks as well as tea and coffee, which was very thoughtful. The location is great - it is an easy walk or tram ride into the centre of town. The check-in process was easy, with everything ready as promised.

Great Location in Madrid

We had a fabulous stay in Madrid! This property is so conveniently located! It’s in a very quaint area of the city near restaurants and bars, with easy walking distance to some of Madrid’s popular tourist attractions. The hosts were great and communicated really well. Check-in directions were great, the apartment was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location

Recently stayed at Enrica’s place when visiting Milan. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to the Metro, shopping and Duomo. Easy check in with excellent directions on how to access from the train station which made it super easy. The apartment is small but we did not spend alot of time in it! Enrica was very accommodating with a later check out and responded quickly when messages! I would stay here again.

Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here for our very first visit to Milan. We just loved the location- a lovely non-touristy neighborhood with shops, cafes and restaurants all close. Plus walkable to the “sights”. Yet our flat was quiet as could be. And comfortable and clean. Enrica was very responsive to questions we messaged. If we are lucky enough to return we would stay here again. Grazie!!

Right in the center of the action

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this apartment. We walked almost everywhere and where we didn’t walk we took the metro- a short walk away. We purchased ‘skip the line’ tickets for the main attractions and we had a wonderful time in Milan. There is a great pastry shop down the street and we really enjoyed a pastry and coffee in the apartment before we set out for the day. Thanks for your help when checking in!
