Welcome to our stylish, spacious 120 sqm (1,300 sq ft) apartment, set in a traditional period building on Via Guicciardini—a strategic base for reaching Milan's main attractions. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and an LED TV with Netflix. The new Tricolore metro station is two minutes away. The apartment is very quiet because it is on the ground floor of a dead-end road.

The space
Experience the charm of traditional Milanese living in our unique flat spread across three floors. On the lower level are two cosy bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The ground floor offers a generous living room and fully equipped kitchen, plus a third bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower. On the upper floor, another bedroom, a dedicated office space and a tranquil reading area provide room for both work and relaxation. Mirrored windows help ensure privacy from outside.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: queen bed, 160 × 200 cm, with cot available on request.
Bedroom 2: queen bed, 160 × 200 cm, with cot available on request.
Bedroom 3: double bed, 140 × 200 cm, with cot available on request.

Guest access
The entire apartment is at your disposal. A washing machine and dryer are available in the flat for private use. You have a dedicated entrance and can enter through either an armoured door or the front rolling shutter doors. The rolling shutters can be closed electrically from inside the apartment.

A doorman is available Monday–Friday from 7:30–13:00 and 14:30–18:00, and Saturday from 7:00–8:00. Please note that there are internal stairs to reach the bedrooms, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. If you need help with luggage, let us know and we can arrange assistance for arrival and departure.

Interaction with guests
Self check-in is available through a lockbox at any time of day or night. We remain within reach for in-person assistance or through the booking platform and common messaging apps to help ensure a smooth stay.

Other things to note
When booking, please tell us your expected arrival and departure times so we can organise accordingly. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Flexibility may be possible depending on availability, so contact us before arrival and we will try to find the best solution. Let us know about any special needs or requests and we will do everything reasonably possible to help.

HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY
Quiet hours are 20:00-08:00. No parties or events, smoking or vaping. Only registered guests may enter; visitors require prior host approval. Please check that the reservation shows the correct total number of guests and tell us about any changes before arrival. The price depends on the number of guests.

An exterior security camera records the apartment entrance and external common areas, not the apartment interior. A noise decibel monitor measures sound levels without recording audio.
