After a day of sun and beach, there's nothing better than taking a dip in the refreshing shared pool. It is chlorine-treated, measures 23 x 9 meters, and has a depth of 1 to 2.20 meters. The grassy area around it is ideal for sunbathing after a swim. Inside the apartment, the terrace proves to be the perfect space to enjoy a snack before savoring a delicious dinner.

The stylish apartment is located on the second floor of the building, which has an elevator. It has been recently renovated and has all the necessary amenities for your holidays. The living-dining room is equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning. The separate kitchen features an induction hob. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Two lovely bedrooms, both with plenty of light and double beds, will ensure a restful sleep for our guests. One of them also has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation.

This apartment is situated in a beautiful and well-maintained development in Calahonda, Mijas, next to a well-known shopping center with all kinds of services, and just 5 minutes from Calahonda Beach. The beach features golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and moderate waves. Of course, in the area, you will find other nearby beaches worth visiting, such as Cabopino or Butibamba. You can also head to the nearby Marbella or Fuengirola and don't forget to explore the charming village of Mijas and stroll through its picturesque whitewashed streets. Finally, in the area, you'll find several golf courses where you can practice your favorite sport.
