This beautiful villa boasts magnificent views of the beautiful valley which it is situated in , with views of nearby villages nestled into the hillsides.
Privacy and security in a peaceful country setting with easy commuting to the nearby towns of Mignano Montelungo and Cassino .
Mignano boasts a beautiful castle to visit , Castello Ettore Fieramosca, Mignano Montelungo, in the heart of Mignano. Mignano has quaint bars and restaurants . Also you can visit the local mozzarella making shop , family run and local wine yards in the nearby villages, just on the casalina outside of mignano on the road to Cassino.

Cassino is a large town with shops and supermarkets , theatre also you can visit the very famous
Monte Cassino monastery high up in the top of Cassino , full of history and much visited from tourists all over the world. The Caserta palace Royal is well worth a visit full of history of the Italian royalty , beautiful gardens and a cascade of fountains.
The beaches are only 45 minutes away . Or if not and staying at home .

The villa boasts peace and tranquility with sunny and shaded gardens with a beautiful pool to relax in all day .
The villa itself is very large and spacious and has a beautiful balcony with lots of relaxing areas to just chill and read a book , something for everyone .
The bedrooms are cool and spacious and have balconies too .
The large kitchen has a large table for dining indoors or leads onto the balcony with another table for dining on the balcony .
There is a large Gazebo and bar b q for dining al fresco .
We also offer dining service for you with local foods at a tariff to suit .
The owners, when there live in the apartment below, they take care of the the villa as caretakers looking after the pool and gardens , happy to help , they are very discreet .
The villa boasts great privacy and tranquility for all the family .
This villa is excellent for a chilled out family holiday needed in today’s world , away from the hustle n bustle of everyday living accommodating all ages in the family .

Very beautiful big house with great Pool
We were 3 weeks in the house and had great holidays. The house and the rooms are very big and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The pool is sooo large, you can really swim and dive. It was great for us and our daughter. We had a small dog with us. Marina and her husband Joe love dogs, he constantly got small sausages and biskuits. When we went on a big trip, Marina took care of our dog. That was so nice! We have make beautiful Trips to the sea, Abruzzo, Rome, Naples and Pompeii. Of course, you need a car! The w-lan Hotspot is very special. It‘s a small box and we had a lot of problems with it, but Marina helps is very quick. We recommend this house to someone who likes it quiet and is not afraid to drive longer distances by car.

Schöne Villa umgeben von Bergen
Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Hat außer ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles was man braucht. Sehr schöne Terrasse direkt vor der Küche, ein wunderschöner Pool, der immer gereinigt und gepflegt wird und sogar eine Whirlpool Funktion hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und kühl. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Nur mit WiFi hat es nicht so ganz geklappt. Es war ein mobiles Gerät wo leider sehr kleine Reichweite hatte. Und das Garagentor, dass sich unter dem Schlafzimmer befindet laut quetscht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wohnen direkt drunter. Die geben auch euch wertvolle Tipps wo man essen gehen kann und welcher Strand schön ist. Es waren ca 45 min zum Strand. Fazit : die Villa ist super für Familien Urlaub geeignet mit Ruhe und Entspannung.

Marina and his husband was nice and help with a lot. The place was nice.
Big thanks too Marina and husband if we need too know something the was ready to help. A lovely place and the big pool and we have a lot of volleyball matches. All around you can see nice mountains. The place is quietly but only 12 min to big town. Good thing as well not fare from motorway A1 only 10 min. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for we have a lovely holiday Marina. Karsten

Brilliant villa in the stunning Italian countryside
The villa was very nicely presented. The photos don't do it justice as when we arrived we were stunned by the views and size of the property. The pool was far better than expected with the sun dazzling on the water all day. It was a short drive to a lidl and scattered around were lots of small towns with markets and cafes. So worth it.

Fabulous holiday
The villa is situated in a wonderful location with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and mountains. We were a party of 7 adults and the villa was spacious and comfortable. The pool area is the best we have ever come across having visited many villas before. The pool is huge and was very warm as the weather was incredible during our visit. We found a lovely Pizzeria Restaurant fairly close by towards Cassino and the local supermarket we visited was adequate to our needs, especially as we prepared our own food most nights. Stefano the gardener was very helpful and dealt with minor maintenance issues within the house and Marina, the owner, was always happy to take calls/answer texts to deal with any queries we had. Monte Cassino was an interesting place to visit and we went on Saturday when the market was on in Cassino. We had a lovely holiday and time constraints meant we could only stay 1 week although we would have loved to stay longer. Thank you!

Lovely property with fantastic grounds, in charming and beautiful countryside.
We spent a wonderful week at Villa Treta. The villa was lovely, though most of our time was spent outdoors in the most beautiful grounds. Stefano the gardener came daily and the poolside and eating areas were so well kept. We had a relaxing week, venturing out only a couple of times for day trips to Rome by train (very easy) and Monte Cassino. (Pompeii and other places are close enough for a day trip but we were moving south for our second week so saved them for then). Local shops are close by and some really good restaurants are within easy driving distance. It was a lovely week and would definitely book again as was a really charming part of Italy.

Fantastic villa with an amazing pool!
We had a wonderful time at Villa Treta. There were 10 of us travelling and there was plenty room for all of us. We had family about 40 mins away so it was a great location to visit them along with visiting Rome (train about 90 mins) from Cassino and had our hired cars to travel to Pompei (Ruins were amazing!). Have to mention the Abbey at Monte Cassino which was just stunning! The kids just loved the pool and didn't want to leave. As the weather was pretty hot the pool was a great place to relax. It was sad to leave but we have great memories of our holiday here. ❤️

Ett stort och lyxigt boende med superb service!
Efter två veckor i Villa Treta kan vi varmt rekommendera en vistelse där. Vi var 8 personer i huset och det kändes aldrig trångt. Köket är väl utrustat och det finns gott om utrymme för förvaring av kläder. Trädgården med stor pool är helt fantastisk! Utsikten makalöst vacker och den dagliga servicen från trädgårdsmästaren och poolskötaren var diskret och oklanderlig. I den mysiga lilla byn Mignano Monte Lungo finns få men mycket bra butiker och restauranger. Vi blev också mycket väl omhändertagna av ägaren och personal. Vi är så nöjda och längtar redan tillbaka!

Villa very spacious with really great pool and pretty garden set in rural Italy.
As we were a family party there for 70 birthday celebrations we loved the space. There was plenty of room throughout the villa for quiet places for all. We particularly loved the large kitchen as ate in a lot with all the wonderful local produce. We were given a very warm welcome by family relatives and great local information on restaurants and other interests. The pool was the main reason for booking the villa and the villa's relative proximity to Rone airport. The pool was immaculately kept by Stefano and set in a lovely garden. We loved the table tennis table too. It was fun to be in the countryside with the sound of goat bells in the mornings and evenings. It was a very happy week for us all and much recommend it.
