Yes, I had a great stay. Kathy my host was very nice and available to respond quickly.My accommodations were very nice also. The apartment is Beautiful! It was very clean. I felt very peaceful, relaxed and very very safe there.....Thank YouWhat stood out was that gourgoes kitchen, and I have a request if the owner might share the paint color for the kitchen cabinets. Excellent color and it totally makes the entire house I have furniture I would like to paint that color. Ask them to please shareKind Suggestions: putting the pots and pans in a higher cabinet. I'm older and it's difficult for me to bend down, The chipped paint on the counters should be repaired And there were shuffled towels, not sure if dirty in the second bathroom drawer....also could use a better quality of towels...Nevertheless, I would love to visit again.Thank You

This units is not up to VRBO standards

This is a residential house that has been carved up into pieces to maximize the rental opportunity. Our bedroom consisted of an extra small illegal build on under the patio, and a giant room with 12 feet walls which had a tiny window above 10 feet height you could not open. So no aeration possibly. The utensils were minimal and missing little spoons, plates were spare also with missing regular dinning plates. The kitchen counter pain was chipped. We had to get insurance and we had to pay extra 70 dollars for our dog althought the place was listed pet friendly. We also paid 100 for an extra night in order to move in earlier than 4 PM. The Nest control was constantly changing the room temperature to the owners preferences. The air conditioning in the non ventilated room was turned off externally. This was the worst VRBO we stayed in and, I stay in 3-4 places a year all over the world. We also had to wait 45 minutes before we could check in as the second room was locked. The owner requested us at first to send a picture of the door although we described the door to him, with no other options being possible. Then it took a long time for him to use a kitchen knife to turn the lock. Why not tell us. The place was minimalistic in furniture and the outside control including the camera pointing at the main door was creepy.

Guest House in the backyard

I came for a week with my spouse the house is nice and has a private backyard entrance. Pros: -It has an A/C in the living room (ONLY) -Has 2 fans in the house you can plug in anywhere you would like -Nice kitchen and bathroom everything looks just like the pictures. Cons: -The room was really small we couldn’t walk in there at night without hitting ourselves in every corner. -The room has no AC in it so the room got EXTREMELY hot at night. We had to sleep on the couch where it was cooler. -No privacy; the windows in the kitchen and the living room had no curtains we had to buy something to put up for privacy. The room did have curtains but they were very transparent both of the curtains. -We saw about 4 different people coming in and out in the mornings and at night they would be above us making a lot of noise (with foot stomps and loud music) at 7am & about 9-10pm. -The door was battery operated and it kept saying they were dying after I replaced them a few times so I almost got locked out a few times. -I didn’t read the description correctly but it’s a guesthouse and it has a lot of ants outside because of the fruit trees so there were ants inside most times. -Garbage in the back was really full when we arrived so when we took out only one bag out of the house in the morning due to the full bin outside there was a CRAY ant trail. They didn’t come take out the garbage in the whole week so we didn’t know that to do with it. -When I grabbed a plate to use them most of them were gross and dirty with food so I had to wash all the dishes I used before putting anything on that.

Expensive but nice

This property is in a home and it has a feel of a little apartment. It was a really nice place. We had a few issues though. First, we had gotten there and this is a beautiful backyard and a very nice roomy apartment style place. The more we looked around we found some spiders and crickets which doesn’t usually hurt but while sleeping I woke up with tons of bites from spiders on my legs which for the price they should have not had any spiders or crickets. Then what really frustrated us was the listing is completely incorrect, we would turn the ac on and it does not work. Even when we would turn it on hoping to come home to a cool room it was turned back up remotely from a phone. So even if the ac did work, which it does not, the owner switched the temperature while we were gone… we told the owner about the ac and the owner said he would have it checked the next day. When had to leave the windows open to be able to cool the room down, but after someone was supposed to come check the ac, all the windows were closed and it was back up to 88 degrees inside. Then, we did not hear anything after they came and checked it. We actually called Vrbo and told them that they should take ac off the listing. It was really frustrating… but we didn’t really do anything about it because we can write about it here. The last we heard from him was saying if you aren’t gone by 11 you will be charged extra from the cleaning services. Which leads me to my 3rd comment which Is the man in the garage. There is a man who come in the morning and very late at night and he sits in the garage and it was very weird to see. The man said he works for the owner which is cool but he gives off a bad feeling especially when you are parked right we’re he conducts his work. Other than that this stay was very pleasant and would be happy to come back if there is Working ac.
