This large 3 bedroom townhouse (2,400 sq-ft) is perfect for your work stay. Comfortably sleeps 3 to 6 adults. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a powder room in the common area. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. One bedroom is located upstairs along with another living area which is perfect for just relaxing. Beautiful executive home with all amenities. Very comfortable and peaceful, with a large tv in the living area. Washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you require. Includes a gas log fireplace in the main living area. Easy access to Loop 250, Football stadium, dining, shopping, hospitals, downtown, oilfield, OXY, Chevron, EOG, and airport. This is the perfect alternative to a motel for the business traveler! It is our goal to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable! Other things to note: No parties, No smoking, and No Pets

In town for family gathering

Wanted a place we could stay with our adult children when we all came into town for a family gathering. Hotel could have been ok for sleeping, but then we really wouldn't have any common areas to just sit around and visit during the awake hours. This property was very comfortable for us each to have our own space, and also had very nice living areas for us all to visit. Table in the kitchen is somewhat small, but there is a large dining room table as well. Only had 1 issue during the stay when the hot water did not work on the first morning. But the "host" responded quickly to get us up and running again. Neighborhood was very quiet, and location was fairly close to restaurants, stores, etc.

Perfect place for a quick visit with family in Midland. Very spacious and clean property with everything we needed. We were traveling with children and there was even a toddler bed in one of the rooms as well as toys and books! Very lovely stay. Would stay here again!

We booked last minute and the hosts let us in early and were incredibly easy to deal with. The house is amazing, so clean, tidy and spacious. Kitchen is well supplied, beds are comfortable and so much space. We felt sad leaving and will stay here again each year we visit!!

I was in the property with two other co workers. It was nice to have a property with plenty of space and each had on suite bathrooms. Also, the property was close to the end of the street which made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood.

The property and property managers were great! Communication with them was easy, check-in and check-out was smooth, and the property was clean. The only issue we had was with the WiFi as the network listed was not available and they were unsure of how to resolve the problem. We didn’t have WiFi for our entire trip. Not a huge deal since we weren’t there for business, but something that I hope is resolved before the next guests arrive!

Best place to stay!!

This is our 3rd time staying at this house. We love it, it's so clean and comfortable. It feels like our home away from home. The owners are so wonderful and always make our stay so perfect. I love that the house is actually decorated like it would be if someone lived in it. It's warm and inviting. The beds are so comfortable and I sleep like a baby every time. Can't wait for next year to stay again.

Home away from home
