'Excellent small cottage with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and roomy bedroom. Walk in shower was nice to use. Door from lounge/kitchen out to small garden that was nice to sit out in the evening. Friendly owner gave us a warm welcome. Good place to explore Cheshire - we visited Nantwich, Chester, Salt museum at Northwich and the Anderton boat lift. Also visited the Moorcroft Pottery in Stoke.'

'Our holiday at Apple Tree Barn was excellent - a beautiful property, excellent fittings and furniture, beautifully clean and in lovely, peaceful countryside, yet close to local amenities. Will will definitely be back!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, and the heating was already on when we arrived which made it feel instantly welcoming. The host communicated brilliantly throughout and made everything very easy. The cottage had every amenity you could need, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, and even board games. The location was perfect as well, right next to the pub. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!'

'Our stay was perfect. We were away for a romantic trip and the cottage was perfect for that. The cottage was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for a romantic few days away, including two big bath towels each, never mind all the other little touches and the excellent welcome basket.
