The property was exactly as expected. Geraldine and Felipe were very responsive to communication and excellent hosts. It was the perfect home base for attending a family wedding.

Perfect place to stay while at the Cincinnati Open. The house was as described: clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to questions. Great stay!

Soccer weekend

We came to the area for three day soccer tournament for our daughter and this house was a perfect fit. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

nice place to rest and enjoy some down time, quiet neighborhood and a nice place to take a walk, we also enjoyed a breakfast place and bbq spot that was a 10 min walk. clean and well equipped do recommend.

Very cute

We just needed a clean, neat place to lay our heads as close to Miami U. for Family Weekend as we could get. This was still a bit of a drive, but wish we could have stayed longer. Owners very attentive and home is in a quiet neighborhood and the home was extremely well cared for.

Everything We Wanted!

Home is located in beautiful safe neighborhood, host communicated from the jump giving great support and instructions. House was squeaky clean and very inviting. It felt very comfortable from the time we walked thru the front door. It was a Great Stay! Highly Recommended!!!

I was hesitant to book this homestead due to being in a historic area. Although the color of the house in the outside yellow/burgundy is not attractive to me the inside has been updated. It was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I will agree with another posting that it does get hot upstairs. We had large fans to help compensate the HVAC. Geraldine REALLY helped us out with our special situation last minute and we were able to book one extra day last minute. Her communication was quick! Easy check-in/out. There is a 15-20 travel time to get food, gas, etc. So bring snacks! The only drawback is that this place has only one full shower upstairs , however it does have a half bath middle level and a toilet in the basement. The kitchen is also small. More towels and wash clothes would have also been nice. For a family of four we needed at least two towels/wash clothes for the trip. If you have time on your trip you could wash as they do have a washer and dryer. The property is also fenced in in the back which we liked. We had ample parking. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

Winter Wonderland Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Geraldine and her husband made sure we were safe with the crazy winter storm, salting and clearing the walk, and being very responsive in communication. The beds were so comfortable! My partner has been missing the wonderful sheets since we checked out. Thank you for taking such great care of the house, so that we could have a nice winter vacation visiting family in Middletown.

Cozy Cottage

This stay was a "girlfriends" retreat! We have been friends for over 40 years! We created more GREAT memories and every time I look at pictures of this cottage, I smile! The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe. However, it was a bit of distance from Cincinnati. Thank you so much, Geraldine!

Cozy Thanksgiving visit

We were very happy with this property. Everything as advertised, very clean, everything we needed was provided such as linens, towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the owners was great, since we had some modifications to the original reservation. The house was just the right size, not too big or small, and was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The only critiques would be: 1) mats are needed inside front and back doors for when you arrive there in the rain, and 2) the house is older so it is drafty. One bedroom was too cold at night and one was too hot, and the front and back doors need to be sealed so cold air is not leaking in. Overall great stay!

Lovely home, cute neighborhood!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home while we were visiting the area to watch some spectacular tennis at the Western and Southern Open in Mason, OH. It's about 1/2 hour drive to get to the tournament from Middletown, but I think it's worth the drive time. There's a great outdoor sitting area in the back yard that's perfect for coffee in the morning and the neighborhood is great for walking with a cute little coffeeshop just around the corner with gluten-free crepes! The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless clean. I loved the basket of extras on the counter -- just in case you forget something you won't have to go out searching for a place to buy toothpaste and a toothbrush. Thank you for making our tennis adventure extra special!
