« My husband and I were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place fit our needs. We loved the vibe of the converted schoolhouse. It was a spacious but cozy place to stay! The fireplace and hot tub were welcomed benefits. You can tell that they take care and take pride in the space. Kayla was very responsive to our questions. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the entire experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. The property itself was cozy, well-maintained, and perfectly located to explore Hunter, NY. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and left with wonderful memories. « We all had a really great weekend stay! Beautiful view of the pond in the back and a treehouse beyond the pond.The Shaver Hill Sugar House is only a half mile up the road and a nice spot. Dinner nearby at The Hidden Inn was a great meal.The house was comfortable and comfortably fit us well. Owner Anthony was great with communications.A very memorable weekend away! »
