Romantische hotels in Mid-Wales

'The,Royal Oak is an old Hotel. So things need a little updating. However our room had everything posh hotels have. Beds very comfortable. Lovely white clean towels and bedding. Tea & coffee making facilities etc. We had pur evening meal in the their restaurant and it was very nice. The breakfast was all locally sourced and off a really good quality. The staff were very friendly and polite. We need to support our independent Hotels.'

It's a shame they don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options in Barmouth centre just 10 minutes walk away though you will have an uphill walk back. Really enjoyed my stay. '

' We stayed at The Royston for 1 night - I wish it had been a week. Huge rooms, beautifully styled, super clean and with everything that you need to feel at home. Comfortable bed, huge shower and amazing artwork.
