All beds include white linens, soft duvets, and waterproof mattress and pillow protectors for top hygiene. Each guest is provided with a full set of fresh white towels (bath, hand, and face).

🔹 Deep Cleaning Policy

Please note that a Deep Cleaning fee of $150 will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty, disorganized, or with strong odors of smoking or vaping (including marijuana or cigarettes).

This fee applies in situations such as, but not limited to:
• Excessive trash, bottles, or food left throughout the property
• Cigarette or marijuana smell inside the unit
• Stains on walls, furniture, or fabrics
• Spills or sticky surfaces requiring intensive cleaning
• Large amounts of packaging, boxes, or items left behind
• Evidence of parties or gatherings beyond what was agreed

Our regular cleaning covers normal use of the property. However, if extra time, staff, or special products are required to restore the house to its original condition, the Deep Cleaning fee will be charged.
