The Space:

Pool views and an open layout make the living room a natural gathering spot. Stretch out on the large sectional for a movie on the 75-inch smart TV, challenge friends at the pool table, or pick a board game for a relaxed evening together.



🌴 Your Private Backyard

Set on a 15,000-square-foot corner lot, Serena gives your group room to enjoy Miami’s sunshine. Spend afternoons in the saltwater pool, relax on a lounger, and fire up the gas BBQ for dinner at home.



As evening arrives, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the tropical surroundings. The fenced backyard is lined with dense vegetation for added privacy, with pool toys and a large cooler to keep afternoons outdoors easy.



Pool heating is available for an additional fee with advance notice.



🛏️ Nine Bedrooms Across Two Buildings

Stay together while enjoying space to unwind. Six bedrooms in the main home and three in the guest house offer flexible arrangements for families, friends, and colleagues. Across both buildings, you’ll find four king beds, seven queen beds, and smart TVs in every bedroom.



Main Home

• Bedroom 1: Tempur-Pedic king bed, ensuite bathroom, spacious closet, and pool view.

• Bedroom 2: King bed and ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 3: Two queen beds and spacious closet.

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed.

Guest House

Up to two optional foldable single beds can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice before arrival. Additional beds do not increase the approved guest limit.



🚿 Five Full Bathrooms

Three ensuite bathrooms in the main home give guests added convenience. A fourth bathroom sits off the main living area, while the guest house has its own bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower.



Plush towels and a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided.



🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

Start the day over breakfast or prepare dinner before heading out. The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for meals at home. The indoor dining table seats six.



📍 Your Miami Home Base

Enjoy a quiet residential setting with space to recharge between outings. Head out by car to explore Miami’s beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, then return to your own pool and backyard lounge.

Good to Know

• Exclusive access to the main home, guest house, and backyard.

• Complimentary driveway parking for up to six vehicles.

• Pool heating: $300 per stay, requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

• Optional foldable beds: Up to two, requested at least 24 hours before arrival.

• Pets: Welcome with advance notice and a $250 fee per stay.

• Pool care: Skimmed before arrival and professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

• Landscaping: Routine maintenance takes place on Thursdays.

• Same-day reservations: An additional $500 refundable deposit is required, returned within 24 hours after checkout following a standard inspection.

• Outdoor areas must be quiet after 10 p.m.

• Smoking indoors is prohibited. House-rule violations may incur fines of up to $750.



Special-occasion getaways are welcome for registered guests within the approved occupancy limit. Parties or events involving unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Villa Serena is on a corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Miami. Bal Harbour, Haulover Beach, and Aventura Mall are a short drive away, and the Design District, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami are within easy reach for dining and nightlife.



Getting Around:

Free driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Without a car, Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to get around.
