Artificial turf and stepping-stone pathways connect the outdoor spaces. The yard is not fully enclosed.

From a quick breakfast before heading out to a relaxed dinner at home, the upgraded kitchen makes group meals easy. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for your stay. The indoor dining table seats six.

A mix of king, queen, and bunk beds provides flexible sleeping options for up to 11 registered guests.

• Same-day reservations require an additional $500 refundable deposit, returned within 24 hours after checkout following a standard inspection.

• Smoking indoors is prohibited. House-rule violations may incur fines of up to $750.

Free driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Uber and Lyft are quick and affordable for trips to Wynwood, the Design District, and Downtown.
