Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Self parking was a joke you have to wait till the person behind desks wakes up to get in the gate.
The two cabana bars beer taps did not work. The tvs outside didn’t work. No music outside.
The inside bar the bartender had snatched money from my wife and said we didn’t pay.
She chased us outside with an attitude and the hole staff was very rude.
The fridge in our room did not work and ended up having to throw groceries and beverages away .
The rooms door had cracks so big you could see people in the hallway.
The staff would be so loud cleaning and talking on walkie talkies it would wake you up.
Not once did management or anyone address issues and or make it a note to speak to us.
Poor service out of the ten times in Miami this had to have ben the worst hotel stay from cleanliness to staff friendliness.
Then to only have two night of hotel fees taken off for the 240 in food and beverages u had lost is a joke!
As a guest or customer you should not have to address issues more then once or feel in the wrong by doing so.
The bartender should be fired
The staff should have ben made aware of sleeping on shifts and having paying customers wait 10 -15 minutes to get into lot.
