The Bungalow House is located in Little Havana, one of Miami's most vibrant and recognizable neighborhoods, on a quiet residential street within walking distance of Calle Ocho.

Calle Ocho's Cuban restaurants, coffee windows, live music, murals and cultural landmarks are close by, along with loanDepot park and the restaurants and venues along the Miami River.

Brickell, Midtown, the Design District and Miami International Airport are about 10 minutes away, with Miami Beach and Coconut Grove also within easy reach.

It's a great home base for groups who want to experience Miami's food, culture and nightlife while staying in a central residential neighborhood.

The single-story property is made up of two buildings, a front house and a separate back house, arranged around a private backyard with a pool, hot tub and covered outdoor dining. The back house has two separate entrances, each with its own bedroom(s), bathroom and kitchenette.

KITCHEN & DINING

The main kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, wine glasses and mugs. Both back-house entrances also have their own kitchenette.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The living room features a 60-inch Smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora and other apps.

The washer/dryer combo is in the front house, and laundry detergent is provided.

Clean linens and towels are provided for all sleeping arrangements. Extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, a cooler, hangers and closet storage are also provided, with outlets next to each bed.

Smart keyless entry makes check-in easy.

PARKING

On-property parking is available for 1 car in the driveway through the front gate, with free street parking generally available nearby.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

- A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent on the day of your arrival.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Checkout: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late checkout are permitted only when approved in advance.

OCCUPANCY & VISITORS

- Maximum overnight occupancy: 17 guests.
- All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
- Reasonable daytime visitors are permitted only when the total number of people remains within the property's maximum occupancy, all house rules are followed, and the gathering is not a party or event.
- Parties, receptions and events are prohibited.

PROPERTY LAYOUT

- The property includes two buildings: the front house and a separate back house.
- The back house has two separate entrances (right and left). The front house and each back-house entrance have their own keyless entry code.
- Please make sure all exterior gates and doors are securely closed after entering or leaving the property.

PARKING

- On-property parking is available for 1 car in the driveway through the front gate.
- Free street parking is generally available nearby.
- RVs, campers, trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

PETS

- Pets are permitted only with advance disclosure and approval.
- Pet fee: $250 per pet.

SMOKING

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Outdoor smoking is permitted where lawful. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

NOISE

- Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and until sunrise the following morning.
- Excessive noise may result in termination of the reservation and additional fees.
- Guests are responsible for respecting the surrounding residential neighborhood and applicable local noise regulations.

POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY

- There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- No diving.
- No glass is permitted in or around the pool or hot tub.

AIR CONDITIONING

- Please keep all exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
- Leaving doors open can affect AC performance and may cause the system to freeze.

PLUMBING

- Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets.
- Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or any other items.

TRASH

- Please place all trash in the designated property receptacles.
- Our maintenance team handles municipal collection logistics.

ROUTINE EXTERIOR SERVICE

Routine exterior vendors may access outdoor areas during scheduled service windows for pool service, landscaping, trash collection or other property maintenance.

These teams do not enter the home without prior notice except in an emergency.

If you arrive and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard, please reach out and we will send someone.

PEST CONTROL

The property receives professional pest-control service as part of our regular maintenance.

As with any home in Miami's tropical climate, an occasional insect may still find its way inside. Keeping exterior doors closed helps minimize this.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the house and the back pool area for property protection, safety, access oversight and house-rule enforcement.

There are no cameras inside the home or in guest living or sleeping areas.

Cameras are not routinely or continuously monitored. Recorded footage is generally reviewed only when reasonably necessary to investigate property damage, safety or security incidents, suspected house-rule violations, access issues or guest/neighbor complaints.

CLEANING

The property is professionally cleaned, reset and inspected between every guest stay.

Household cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are provided for guest use.

ICE & WATER

Ice and bottled water are not provided or guaranteed.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & DELIVERIES

- Please take all personal belongings with you at checkout.
- If an item is left behind, we will check with our team and make reasonable efforts to locate it. Return shipping may be available at the guest's expense.
- We cannot guarantee the receipt, storage or safekeeping of packages or deliveries sent to the property.
