* **Restful Sleep:** All bedrooms feature firm 12” memory foam mattresses and blackout roller blinds.
* **Fully-Stocked Kitchens:** Four full kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances and all essential cooking supplies.

* **Modern Conveniences:** Each home includes Smart TVs, washer/dryer units with detergent, and well-appointed bathrooms with plush towels, hairdryers, and high-end toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion).

**Outdoor Oasis**
Your group will have exclusive access to a beautiful built-in swimming pool. The outdoor space also includes a shaded dining and sitting area, a large sunroom with a bar, and a BBQ grill for cookouts.

Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-home compound. This includes all interior spaces of the three houses, the private swimming pool, the home gym, the game room, and all outdoor areas within the property.

Ample on-site parking is available for up to 11 cars across the three driveways.


Other details to know
· Booking & Guests

Minimum age is 25 (exceptions possible). Contact us prior to booking.
All guests must provide ID and sign the rental agreement before check-in.
Communication is via a secure third-party platform.

· Pool & BBQ

Scheduled pool cleaning is once a week;
BBQ propane is provided.
Clean the grill after each use or incur a $50 fee.

· Pets & Wildlife

No pets are allowed, including service/emotional support animals (due to allergies).

The tropical environment includes insects, lizards, and iguanas; keep doors closed.
Encounters or small droppings do not qualify for refunds.
Cleanup supplies are provided.

· Longer Stays

Stays of 14+ days will require an additional cleaning fee.paid by guest

· Check-in / Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability.

· Safety & Security

Guests assume all risk for accidents, injuries, or illness (including pool use).
Exterior security cameras are present (front and back); tampering results in a $100 fine.

· Conduct & Property Use

Smoking is permitted outside only; a $500 fine applies for indoor smoking.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM (no noise audible to neighbors).
Parties are not allowed; only registered guests may be on the property. Candles are not allowed inside.

· Additional Notes

The owner and the property manager are not responsible for lost valuables or injuries.
