Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Something definitely needed repaired. We loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. So great to have access to the beach. I liked the fact that you could get towels, just wish you could keep them past five o’clock. I wish there were more pots and pans. While the view was lovely from the windows, I wish there was a balcony instead. No Majior issues. It was nice.

We had a wonderful stay here. Amazing view with balcony. Loved the interior decor, very modern kitchen and bathrooms, & bedrooms. The pool was lovely and the beach access was awesome. I would stay here again. Good value. Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Don't let the photo's fool you! HEALTH HAZARDS Galore. LIVE BUGS-BUGS-DEAD BUGSMulitple Molded Spots on ceilings, floors & walls. Argued with me about the 2 beach chairs- oh and UMBRELLAS are extra no matter what the listing says- THIS IS A HOTEL BY HOTEL RULESBathroom Sink wouldnt drain or have working parts to manually drain. Bathroom tile floors NASTY!Couldnt open up ANY doors to patio- both sliders wouldnt budge until maintenance came to wd40 and work on for 40 minutes. Regular door to patio wouldnt shut all the way OH and make sure you SLAM the door to keep others out while your gone. Have to use towel cards to get a towel.Have to exchange towels before 4pm each day and they dont have washcloths- bring a loofahMAN THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY

Horrible Management, Unsafe Conditions, but Great Location

We had a very disappointing experience at this property, and I feel obligated to share the details so others can avoid the same situation.Misrepresentation of BookingUpon arrival, we were told the ocean-view unit we originally booked was unavailable. After spending a long time on the phone with management, we were placed in another unit that was also not what we reserved. Traveling with two small children, this caused unnecessary stress and completely derailed the start of our vacation.Inadequate Kitchen AmenitiesThe kitchen was a disaster—there weren’t enough utensils, silverware, or glasses for a family of four. The frying pan was broken, the kettle was rusty, and the toaster didn’t work. We were told by management that they no longer provide these items, which makes no sense if the rental is advertised as fully equipped. Worse, they left broken, unusable items in the unit. Are guests expected to go shopping for kitchen essentials?Health Hazard: Black MoldThis was by far the most concerning issue. We discovered black mold in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets just a couple of days before our departure. During our stay, my son developed respiratory issues, coughing, and rashes, which we suspect were caused by mold exposure. Black mold is a major health violation and completely unacceptable in a rental property. Great view.

Excellent view with excellent access to beach. Location is mid- Miami beach. North Beach is fancy shopping, South Beach is the party scene. But lacks central heating, bodywash, dish soap, laundry room was difficut to use with lack of wi-fi. Parking is additional 30 per night. Check-in is with lobby, no need to contact host.

Gran lugar para alojarse en Miami Beach

El alojamiento era exactamente como estaba en las fotografías. La vista frente al mar era espectacular. Los servicios de primera, seguramente me volveré a alojar en este lugar. Lo único que criticar es que el condominio cobra u$s30 por día el estacionamiento, pero leí que si la estadía es de más de 15 días la tarifa es de u$s 150. Yo me quedé 10 días y tuve que pagar u$s300. O sea que por 5 días tuve que pagar el doble. Es algo que tendría que revisarse con el anfitrión.

Disgusting

I wish i could add pictures. This place is NASTY if was not what was shown in the pictures. The furniture was run down, room was extremely dirty. Personal was rude. TAKE BLANKETS the beds only had a top sheet, also the beds were as hard as concrete and the pillows are as flat as paper. Thank God we were only there one night before our cruise

The description of this property was a bit misleading. This is an old hotel on the Atlantic waterfront. The only thing accurate about the description was the layout of the room. The pictures were NOT of the exact room, and they do not show the condition of the rooms, which are old, with cracking paint and old furniture. The room was very clean, but the sliding door onto the balcony was not sealed, leading to a very humid atmosphere inside the room. However, the staff was courteous and responsive, and the property is convenient to all points of interest, and the view from our room was beautiful.

No wash clothes had to wait till next morning after traveling a whole day with lay over in flights due to storms. Front desk was not friendly. Didn't know the area for food after 9 pm. Roaches in the room on last day of stay. Tables and nightstands and bathroom mirrors need to be updated worn out and old Couch needed to be cleaned. No water in fridge when that was to dispene water. Curtains was dirty. And required a $500 deposit after paying for ins. Would not recommend this place for rent.Wa noclean or updated
