You're in Sunset Harbour on West Ave, one of the most walkable pockets of South Beach. Lincoln Road and the Sunset Harbour shops are about a 5-minute walk - no car needed - and South Beach's sand and surf are roughly a 10-minute walk east. This is a genuinely local corner for food: Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza and Sardinia for Italian are all neighborhood favorites, with Panther Coffee and Pura Vida close by for mornings. Trader Joe's and Fresh Market sit on West Ave for easy stocking up. From here you're well placed for Ocean Drive, the Art Deco Historic District, and the causeways over to Downtown Miami and Wynwood.



Getting Around:

This is a highly walkable location - Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour shops and grocery are about a 5-minute walk, and the beach is roughly 10 minutes on foot, so you can skip the car for day-to-day. If you drive, a secured on-site garage with EV charging is available (paid, requested in advance). Rideshares and taxis are plentiful, and Miami International Airport is a manageable drive across the causeway.
