The Space:

We offer comfort, spacious living areas, and an excellent location to make the most of your stay in Mexico City.



Accommodating up to 10 guests, the apartment provides plenty of space to spend time together, relax, and work comfortably. Its layout makes it ideal for families, groups of friends, and business travelers looking to share a space without sacrificing privacy.



The apartment features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom.



- Bedroom 1: King-size bed and private ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: King-size bed and dedicated workspace.

- Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed, one full-size bed, and a dedicated workspace.

- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed. This bedroom is separate from the main living area and is accessed through a covered balcony. Originally a service room, it has been converted into a guest bedroom and includes a full bathroom.



Enjoy a spacious living room with a Roku TV and comfortable areas to unwind after a day exploring the city.



The dining area seats up to 8 guests, and an additional table provides a convenient space for working remotely or planning your next adventure.

P.S. BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE:



1. Select the correct number of guests, as the nightly rate varies depending on the number of people staying.

2. Provide identification documents for all guests, including minors and the person making the reservation.

3. Confirm that you have read and agreed to our house rules and cancellation policy before completing your booking.

4. The parking space is reduced so only a car with standard dimensions will fit.



Guest Access:

You can cook, rest, and go in an out as you want.

No guests are allowed in the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
