The Space:

The apartment features two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Its modern design and thoughtfully curated interiors create the perfect setting for any stay, whether you're visiting for business, relaxation, or a weekend getaway.



Thanks to its excellent sound insulation, you can enjoy peaceful and restful nights, something truly rare in such a central location. Whether you're traveling for work, leisure, or an extended stay, the apartment offers the perfect balance of design, comfort, and convenience.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
