The Space:

The location of our apartment in Roma Sur, one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Mexico City, is incomparable.

A few steps away you can find ATMs, pharmacies, supermarkets and more. But if you don't like walking, you can call an Uber. You also have the Chilpancingo metro or ecobici station nearby.

Our apartment is always neat and with sublime fragrances. And we owe that to Imelda, who is very kind and always willing to guide you in everything you need.

In monthly rentals, 4 extra cleanings are offered, one each week.

Guest Access:

The cozy and high standard decoration will surprise you. You will wonder if you are a guest or if you are at home. And, for sure, you will want to stay longer.

The apartment has three spacious bedrooms with king size beds, soft and warm linens.

One of the rooms has its own bathroom and the other two share one, all sparkling thanks to our friendly Imelda.

Plus, you don't have to worry about tripping over your heavy luggage or placing it next to the bed, as each room has luggage racks.

There are also desks for you to work on your laptop.

If you are looking for entertainment, we guarantee it. The house has wifi, smart TV so you can connect your Netflix account. So get ready to enjoy the movies without leaving the apartment.

Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

The place and what we offer is brilliant. But how about the treatment of the hosts? That is essential when traveling. Yes, we are still connected.



We are available all the time for whatever you need. Imelda and I will help you resolve any questions or suggestions, whether by phone or messages, from the moment you press the contact button, we will already be creating an unforgettable relationship. We will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
