« My room was very clean and spacious. I asked for a room downstairs so I would not have to use the stairs I guess there was nothing available. Bed was adequate a little too hard mattress »

« Helpful and friendly staff. However, like others have mentioned, there was an unusual odor in the room that I couldn’t quite identify. The air conditioning unit and its filter also did not appear to be very clean. Otherwise, it was okay. »

« The first room, the door would not open. He gave me a second room and the room was filthy. Floor was not sweep or mopped, vanity mirror was smeared, television was out, but the hotel down the street had television, a fragrant odor that was strong, and the bed didn't look inviting. I checked out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund on my visit. »

« Everything was great except for my shower stall which appeared to have been missed in cleaning. Nothing terrible but still a little less than I would've hoped for. I informed staff and they reported it to housekeeping immediately. Not troublesome enough to discourage another visit. »

« The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it »
