Appartementen in Metrostation Ventas

'Everything was great. Only small items - comforter had some stains and when we arrived there was a condom on the entrance door (nothing to do with the staff but definitely leaves an impression)'

'The apartment was perfect for a family and everything was provided! We had a change to the length of stay at short notice and it was very easy to communicate with the host, and it was all handled really smoothly! Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay!'

'Everything was as advertised, and communication was great. I would recommend staying here!'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad'

'The room was clean and comfortable for two people. You could probably fit four if you just need a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. The best part was the location. It was a bit pricey, but since I booked last minute, I didn’t have many other options.'

'Frustrating check-in process. Called from Madrid train station as instructed to confirm arrival time. Despite pre-arranged 5pm check-in, we were told they’d show up “in 30 or 40 minutes” and we had to wait outside the apartment on the street with our luggage. Bedrooms and bathrooms were much smaller than expected. Hole in the en-suite shower floor. Exposed electrical wiring near entrance. Wi-Fi did not work in the main bedroom. Kitchen lacked basic essentials such as paper towel, olive oil, salt...

'We had such an amazing stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, which made getting around super easy. Metro station right across the street. It was also perfect for our family, with plenty of space and a really welcoming atmosphere. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained. Staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Crib, high chair and rug were available...

'Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. El alojamiento fue excelente. ¡Gracias por su hospitalidad!'

'When we arrive we could not get into the place. When we finally got in, the place was filthy and it took a few hours before someone came to clean. Several as planes did not work. It is a great location. It would be nice to fix the areas mentioned above.'

'I did not receive check-in information prior to my arrival day because the host claimed to be having trouble with Vrbo. The digital locks were not consistently working so I found myself locked out of the apartment when I didn’t have a key Most important is that the apartment I rented it’s not the same as the photographs on the Vrbo site. The location is good'

'The location is great. However, the apartment was dirty, cold, and had several maintenance issues. For example, the doors stuck to the floor so would not shut properly. A window in the bathroom did not close. We left a day early because we were not satisfied.'
