'Pilar was very friendly and very helpful. The location is easy to get to from the airport. Just take Metro 3 of 5 to Xativa, and you are at the front door. The appartement is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. We had our breakfast on the nice terrace enyoing the view. Rented bikes for 2 days and it was possible to store them inside in a separate room on the groundfloor. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come again.'

'Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad met ons gezin in Valencia. Het appartement is heel schoon en ruim met twee badkamers. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. Het appartement bevindt zich in een erg leuke, levendige wijk met veel barretjes , winkeltjes en restaurantjes. De supermarkt zit om de hoek. De gastvrouw reageert op alles heel snel en is heel vriendelijk. Wij kunnen dit appartement aan iedereen aanraden! We hopen nog eens terug te komen. '

'This is a well placed apartment in a generally quiet area of old València. We were able to easily walk to most places we wanted to visit. The apartment is spacious with lots of space for planning activities and relaxing. We had a problem with the bed on our first day which was promptly and well addressed by our host. Our only hesitation is that it is an old building and the soundproofing between floors is not perfect. Normally this would not be a problem but our last night the people above us...

'Amazing stay! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed, including a hair dryer! The host was extremely friendly and communicated quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was a small bug problem in the restroom. However it was manageable. Would definitely recommend this booking!'

Unfortunately, we are avid road cyclists and upon arrival were told we could not bring bikes inside the apartment. 'Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. "Geweldige locatie voor een paar dagen in Valencia. Dichtbij bushaltes en metro naar strand en oude binnenstad. Op loopafstand van Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències en naast de deur van El Corte Ook Inglés en het Aqua winkelcentrum. Familiekamer is feitelijk twee aangrenzende kamers met tussendeur en dus ook twee badkamers. Echt top! Ontbijt super uitgebreid en lekker. Enige minpuntjes zijn het zwembad en de liften. Het zwembad is te klein voor het aantal bezoekers en heeft veel te warm water. Je koelt beter af in de airco van de kamer dan in dit badwater. De liften zijn ronduit verschrikkelijk. Er zijn er maar drie, waarvan tijdens ook ons verblijf de middelste het niet deed. Ze zijn tergend langzaam en stoppen ongeveer op elke verdieping. Je bent sneller als je de (brand)trap gebruikt of een secundaire (dienst) lift gebruikt die daar een beetje verdekt staat opgesteld. Parkeren kan in de kelder en is ook erg handig. Kost 16 euro per dag."
