« They were incredibly kind and helpful. Our flight came in so early and we were able to check to our apartment earlier than expected. The apartment was spacious and charming. The location was ideal. We were close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay there again. »

« The apartment is fine. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and plenty of space. There’s construction in the next door apartment and the apartment above, so if you like to sleep in after 8:00 it’s really noisy. Also, the windows are single panes, so you can hear street noise all night. The beds are comfy and the rooms are a good size. It’s minimally equipped, you have enough kitchen equipment to eat breakfast. The communication with the property manager was really bad. They sent us last minute...

« Nous avons malheureusement eu des travaux tous les matins tôt dans l'appartement d'à côté du coup gros bémol pour nous. Et aussi pas de volets ni de rideaux dans la première chambre .Cuisine assez mal équipée , cafetière défectueuse, pas de casserole normale (soit immense soit moyenne) ...Bref pour le prix je trouve ça cher payé. »

« Bel appartement cependant mal entretenu (peinture à refaire, lustre à changer, vaisselle à renouveler et à mettre en plus grande quantité) Literie à revoir (couchage très dur - douleur au coucher et au lever) Bien situé pour visiter la ville (proche du parc Güell et du passeig Gracia) Métro à proximité Quartier calme Attention à la gestion de la location : besoin de nombreux échanges pour se faire comprendre et surtout besoin de demander le remboursement de la caution »

« We would like to formally request a significant refund of a portion of our stay. This apartment is definitely not as described in the listing (and our neighbors next door who rented from you also had similar issues and open a formal inquiry) - for many reasons: + the pool was not able to be used until Friday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then not clean + the washer/dryer handle is broken and not able to open - we were required to take all of our laundry to a laundromat and pay to launder it...

« Beware that this company will ask you to pay the remaining balance in cash or they will charge 5% extra. The check in process is not easy. You must go to the office and pick up the keys and then take another taxi or hike uphill 1 mile with your luggage to the apartment. The apartment was nice and fairly large. However it is not well stocked. The pots and pans are in need of replacement. They do not provide any hand towels or wash cloths. The beds were uncomfortably hard. On the 2nd or 3 rd...
