'Very nice appartement. Clean, well situated. All the needed commodities. Host was very welcoming waiting for us at the appartement to deliver the Keys and explain the commodities. The one thing I do want to flag was that the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We were then told to go direct to the office to collect the keys. Despite showing the email, we were still charged €40, before being given the keys.
